  Few suggestions.
  1. Weatherproof sliding glass doors (we used our own draft "sock") and maybe check out a few of the windows as well.
  2. Consider putting stone/gravel down to complete the natural driveway loop, much easier to handle 2-3 vehicles. Need to alert the plowing co to clear accordingly.
  3. Reset the stone step by the kitchen to pitch water away and prevent ice buildup.
  4. Barn door needs to be adjusted - bottom dragging.
  5. Some lg animal has been tipping the trash barrel in the barn - upgrade to a snap down lid?
  6. Small tv in pool room has no cable recption.
  7. Phone quality is really bad.. Even when I use a wired handset - still very hard to hear callers. Maybe the cable company can address?
  8. Great house, another gd season.

  Everything was of top quality! Furnishings were simple & comfortable with just enough decoration to make it warm, but no gew-gaws to clutter it up. Bathrooms were new, kitchen was big enough for gathering. Having all the common rooms is perfect for a large group (esp. family!). We would move there full-time if we could.

  My family rented Sugar Gardens for a summer weekend. The house has many places to sleep and has space for a big family dinner. All the appliances and kitchen items are new and well stocked. The house is very clean and in a great location on Sugar Hill. We want to come back for a ski weekend.
