The 2010-2011 Winter Seasonal Rentals is NOW OPEN. Our winter rental rates offer you some options in that we provide both a monthly rate, along with a season long price by which significant savings is most assured. The 'season long' term is for any rental of 4 months or longer, and intended to conside with the operations of Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods Ski Areas (November 26th till April 3rd, 2011).

All offers to rent are subject to a non-refundable $60 processing fee, and require applicable security deposits and New Hampshire's 9% Rentals Tax for all terms of less than 185 nights in length. To determine the expected total cost for any particular White Mountain Winter Seasonal Rental Property near Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods and all that is north of Franconia Notch State Park please call: 800.247.5536.
