Our 2013-2014 Winter Seasonal Rentals are now coming and going quickly!!.  Where ever possible, our winter rental rates offer you some options in that we provide both a monthly rate, along with a "winter seasonal"* price by which significant savings is most assured.  The "winter seasonal"* term is for a rental period that coincides best with the typical winter operations of Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods Ski Areas (*November 29th, 2013 till April 6th, 2014).

* Rental period must be for at least a 4.5 month term, November 29, 2014 to April 7, 2014.

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, however once a rental agreement has been accepted by an owner, terms and conditions are final and binding.
 

For terms of six month or longer, the NH 9% Rooms and Meals tax is waived.
