Our 2011-2012 Winter Seasonal Rentals are NOW OPEN.  Where ever possible, our winter rental rates offer you some options in that we provide both a monthly rate, along with a "winter seasonal" price by which significant savings is most assured.  The "winter seasonal" term is for any rental that period that coincide with the expected operations of Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods Ski Areas (November 25th till April 8th, 2012). 

All offers to rent are subject to a non-refundable $75 processing fee, and require applicable security deposits and New Hampshire's 9% Rentals Tax for all terms of less than 185 nights in length.
