  • True mountain farmscapes surround the property, with a ratther large Christmas Tree farm right next door. Acres and acres of wonder & enjoyment await you at the Pettyboro Place.
  • We could not righfully call this a farm escape if there were not a real working barn near by now could we. Across the street from the house, just as one might expect, is the barn that once supported the family and it's working animals. The family is gone yet the animals are well cared for and still next door.
  • Expect to enjoy some real White Mountain Views right from the farmyard, as this picture shows. The larger peaks in this photo include Mounts Lafayette, Lincoln & Haystack... or all of Franconia Notch's highest peaks.
  • The massive glassed in surrounding porch of the Pettyboro Place is like few if not none seen before. Warmed by natural radiate heat in winter or open all them windows and be cooled the mountain country breezes during the other 3 seasons of the year.
  • The over-sized galley style kitchen offers plenty of space for family members to move about in ease with a full size washer and dryer nicely tucked away here.
  • Take your pick... a quick-n-nothing fancy breakfast table or the perfect evening card table. In either event the refrigerator is there to the left with the full kitchen next to it.
  • The formal dining room of the Pettyboro Place was designed for the grand Thanksgiving Dinner or any of it's equal. Nicely positioned between the kitchen and living areas, the dining table seems to be a natural space of transition and enjoyment.
  • Three couches plus a nothing fancy entertainment center get the job done. Unless stated otherwise TV's are not supported by a satellite or cable service provider. Airwaves only... and already equipped for the digital switch.
  • Proof of the 3rd couch previously mentioned can been seen on the right inside corner of this photo. It's leather and large.
  • The king size bed that faces the gas-fireplace insert makes the ground floor master bedroom of The Pettyboro Place quite enjoyable. You'll see.
  • Offering guests one queen size bed and an almost entire suite type feeling, this bedroom offers more space than one might expect otherwise.
  • The third bedroom in The Pettyboro Place offers two indentically yet opposingly places queen size beds.
  • The opposing view of the thrid bedroom, featuring 2 queen size beds.
  • The fourth bedroom on the second floor features 2 good quality twin size beds nicely adorned with traditional styyle quilts for extra comfort on cooler nights.
  • The full-size pool table is the center stage of the game room located above the kitchen, and where it is not immediate to any bedrooms it is ideal for the games of late. Play away till the hearts content.

The Pettyboro Place farm house is something of an era that is almost forgotten yet not all together gone. Grand spaces, inside and out are what folks should expect with some of the older fashion details showing through- like the all brick construction topped by a slate roof that's surrounded by miles of un-obstructed pasture and White Mountain views. Offering guests 2 seperate rooms for dining, one formal for the evenings and one less formal for your quick breakfast needs, your group or family will not crowd one another in any way. The same is true regarding living spaces as there is both a formal living area with 3 couches and entertainment center, or off to the other side of the home folks are sure to enjoy the seperate game room featuring a top quality full-size pool table. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths with lots of square footage in-between assures your large group comfort and enjoyment.
