    Great place to rent. Love the layout of the condo. Very comfortable furnishings. Location couldn't be better for access to Mt Washington and Cannon Mt for skiing and close to many restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton.

    Very nice property. Unit had some hot water or heat 1st night, as burner switch had been turned off. Oven broiler was broken our entire stay. Inadequate inspection by manager prior to our arrival. No sheets for pull out bed, no bath soap. Unit was clean, furniture nice, beds comfortable. Great location.

      We regret that every aspect of our guests' expacations where not met on this one. The issue with the heat and hot water was called in at 8:30 Sunday morning, and by 8:45 Franconia Notch Vacations had a tech on scene who immediately solved the trouble. We would think that a 15 minute response and cure time (on a Sunday morning) would have been be applauded, yet still wished a call was ever necessary. As for the issue with the oven, we where un-able to get it fixed during their stay, however a brand new gas range with broiler oven plus a new above range microwave have since been delivered and installed. A new flat panel HD television was also added to the living area, with the replaced model having been moved to the second bedroom. As for the comment on inadequate bedding, the property is listed as a "Three bedroom, 2 Bath, Sleep 6" accommodation. These guests arrived to find all the queen beds well made with 6 sets of towels provided. We do not included sleep sofas as part of this or most all of our other properties descriptions of accomodation, so sheeting is not provided accordingly. Again we regret the expacations that these guests had set for us where not met with more satisfaction.
