      During the the month of May 2008 the entire heating & hot water system for this home was replaced with an estimated increase in efficiency expected between 30% and 40%. Future guests should expect a much lower set of utility bills as a result. Not only does Franconia Notch Vacations listen, we work with our owners to take action.
