  • The Grand six bedroom, 3 bathroom Round Mountain Lodge located on the high shoulder of Round Mountain or Mount Cleveland, provides vacationers with OUTSTANDING views of NH's White Mountain National Forest and a majority count of NH's 4000 footers.
  • This would be the opposing view of the previous massive Round Mountain Lodge, featuring grand views of the White Mountain National Forest from literally every window.
  • The views are really just beyond our ability to explain, however on the opposite side of the frame from Mount Washington is all that Franconia Notch State Park has to offer- including the massive Cannon Mountain ski area featuring NH's only Arial Tram Way.
  • This will be the view that awaits the person who volunteers to do the dishes. Not too shabby ah. Mount Washington is the master piece in the middle. At the Round Mountain Lodge this grand view of our beloved "Rock Pile" is for real folks, located in Bethlehem, NH.
  • The massive Great Room makes up most all of the fisrt floor of the grand Round Mountain Lodge estate. The following photos will give some idea, however this really is a "got to see it to experience it" sort of location.
  • View number 2 of the Great Room within the Round Mountain Lodge, located in the heart of NH's White Mountains. You'll be so close to Mother Nature you'll be able to hear her sleep.
  • The great room here is so large that it really does require 4 full size photos to show it all adequately for you. Windows, windows, windows... tons of windows, great views and of course lots of light.
  • It took 4 photos to get to where we could first show you the grand central fireplace of The Round Mountain Lodge. The woodshed outside is fully stocked and a cracking fire awaits your crafting. The Family will love it!
  • Here's another angle on the grand fireplace that identifies this homes mid-point. To the right is the open concept kitchen, where the left features a king size bedroom with over-sized bathroom featuring a 2 person Jacuzzi style tub.
  • The center console style of the kitchen design ensures the cooks will enjoy inclusions from the kitchen into the Great Room. The view out the kitchen window to Mount Washington's summit beyond is also worthy should you wish to just "turn your back" on it all.
  • During the Autum months of NH's Fall Foliage season folks will have to look past a stand of Sugar Maple fired Reds to Mount Washington western slope there beyond.
  • As you can clearly see here, the kitchen in the Round Mountain Lodge is very well and naturally lit. What's not so apparent here is how well situated and equipped this kitchen really is. Just perfect for crafting the meals for your larger groups dining needs.
  • The lowest level of the Round Mounatin Lodge, located in Bethlehem, NH's White Mountains region, features a rather large Family Game Room with regulation pool table, dart board and card table. The Wet Bar with mini fridge helps here too.
  • View Number 2 of the Family Game Room completes the entertainment package with TV,VCR/DVD and bar set-up. The sliding glass doors will grant you easy access to the wild outsides. Suit up and thensimply hop on the snowmachines and Ride people!
  • The third and highest floor of the Round Mountain Lodge is the Master Suite with over-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom, featuring a lounging tub with White Mountains views right from the tub.
  • This would be the sitting room area in the Master Suite. That window features a straight shot view to Mount Washington's grand summit folks.
  • The master Suite bathroom feature a separate standing shower in additon to this grand sitting tub which enjoys outstanding and immediate views of some of the more major White Mountains that NH has to offer.
  • The second bedroom in the lodge features a king size bed, just like the master bed, however this room also offers folks a full size crib, daybed and optional cot enabling folks to spread out a bit. A young 4 person family could enjoy this room rather easily.
  • View number 2 of the second main bedroom within the Round Mountain Lodge. The sliding glass doors open up and look out at Mount Lafayette and the greater White Mountain National Forest beyond.
  • The lowest level of the Round Mountain Lodge features 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and the family game room. Call this bedroom #1 bedroom featuring a queen bed, one bunk set and out of sight is a queen futon couch.
  • This bedroom offers guests a full size sleeping experience and 2 large windows to enable early morning views if folks so choose. The White Mountain vacation experience will be waiting just outside those windows when ever you decide to rise-n-shine.
  • This bedroom features one queen bed and out of site guests will also find a single twin size bed for easy sleeping for 3 in this room. The fourth bedroom on the lower level (or 6th bedroom in total) features a sinlge bunk set which is difficult for us to get a clean photo of. Sorry bout that.

    The location and house are beautiful, house layout is great and loved the fact that it accomodated our large group very comfortably. Kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, but thought the furninshings left a little to be desired. We were a little disappointed that the DVD and area to hook up our Wii were on the bottom floor where there is no comfortable seating. Kids had to sit on the floor to watch the movies we brought? Had difficulty with the Satellite TV and property manager had to come out to get it working. Property manager was very helpful. TV placement on main level is too high, and again unless laying on the floor or couch you had to strain your neck. Would be helpful if the directions and detailed map to the house with house # were provided in advance. We had a couple of different parties coming at different times and found it very difficult to commuicate directions. As soon as we got to the house our cell phone's cut out. We were finally able to find locations in the house where we could get a connection out, but our cell phones barely rang leaving those who were trying to contact us very frustrated. The driveway....ah ah. Despite the 4pm arrival time, and advance communication of our arrival we found a snow covered drive that we were unable to get up. My husband was extremely upset after 8-10 attempts we gave up. We trucked up the hill on foot because our cell's didn't work, to get into the house to call the property management company. It took 2-3 hours for someone to plow and sand the driveway so that we could get up and unpack our car. We loved the house and had a wonderful time, with few improvements/attention to details it could have been outstanding. Perhaps the addition of some boxes with sand at the steepest points of the drive could eliminate the frustration. Additionally, the addition of wi-fi access could eliminate the frustration of unreliabile cell phones. While I enjoyed the inability to connect, others in

    Our family reunion was wonderful. The lodge was big enough to find your own space but arranged so we could all be together. The view was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Awesome fall foliage trip. Quiet and peaceful.

    The house was amazing, the views were amazing, Cort was incredibly helpful with everything we needed.

    This house is fabulous - fantastic view, huge open space for large groups to gather for group activities with plenty of things to do - pool table in the basement, card table, several areas in the living room for small groups, etc. Wish it had a few more bathrooms - especially on the lowest level where the majority of the sleeping areas are - but you can easily manage. The view and the large wraparound deck with large glass windows make this the best house we have ever rented. The management company, Franconia Notch Vacations, is the best - they are very professional and they ensure that your holiday has no hiccups.
